Tool for Individual Perceptual Capability Assessment (TIPCA)The Tool for Individual Perceptual Capability Assessment (TIPCA) is an operator screening tool that can be used to determine which operators have the capacity for using multimodal information perceptualization (MIP) systems which push large volumes of information to operators. TIPCA will identify 'super' information processors that are better equipped to handle massive data operations by quantifying multimodal working memory capacity and individualized information management strategies. By correlating TIPCA ratings to C4ISR performance, optimal operator selection assignments may be realized. TIPCA will be commercially available December 2006.
