Due to our work with the Department of Defense, US citizenship is preferred but not required for all positions, as is relocation to the Orlando area.

PhD in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Neuroscience or similar field

Prefer some training in Human-Systems Interaction (HSI). Relevant experience with military control interfaces is a plus. Strong research skills are required. Duties will include research and development in the areas of human performance, training effectiveness, and various other aspects of HSI.

MS in Human Factors, HCI, Industrial Engineering, or Cognitive Psychology

Any experience with military interfaces or multimedia is a plus. Light programming experience is also a plus. Experience with cognitive task analyses and observational analysis is preferred. Duties will include supporting several efforts in the areas of multimodal interface design, team training and HSI tool development.
